Ralph Gonzales has 16 years of experience, knowledge, and training in creating and implementing emergency plans as the Director of Campus Safety in the third largest school district in the state of Texas, Cypress-Fairbanks I.S.D.
He is certified as a School Safety Trainer through FEMA’s “Emergency Management Institute,” having completed all of their incident command and active shooter courses at the Center for Safe and Secure Schools. He will work with you to create a comprehensive, thorough, and understandable emergency response plan for your school district or business.
Ralph also has decades of formal training and in-the-trenches experience as the Director of Public Information for both the Houston Police Department and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. He is extremely knowledgeable in directing and responding to the needs of local and national media and can afford you and your employees the training they need to succeed in handling the media in every situation.
